I think if Voldemort drank Felix Felicis he'd feel immortal. I mean immortality was his biggest wish, wasn't it? So he'd had "the luck" to have this feeling.
I personally think that killing Harry can't be done with Felix Felicis, because it should only be drank at a normal day.
