Just a ceremony to become a death eater. And he was agitated in the bathroom because anyone trying to kill someone and not be discovered is always agitated and terrified, just as Draco. He was young and Voldemort left him to kill Dumbledore, potentially the most powerful and wisest wizard alive.
I am 100% convinced Draco is not a werewolf
There was no ceremony in the book. In the movie, it was supposed to be his induction into the Death Eaters, and probably when he got the Mark. It wouldn't make sense for him to willingly become a were wolf. The Death Eaters barely have more respect for were wolves than they have for muggles.
