Draco liked the way Hermoine looked at the Yule Ball.. but he still called her a MudBlood and had been raised to hate her. Appreciating the transformation in her appearance doesn't mean he 'liked' her for anything more than the shallowest of reasons

Forced or not- he did hate MudBloods and was (rightly or wrongly) never going to 'like' Hermoine romanticly.

Of course if she was PureBlood (and had the 'right' attitude) it would have been different- but she IS Muggleborn- so the hatred stands.

I'm not sure I agree with the "like 100% sure he would’ve married her if she was a pureblood" statement. Hermione doesn't like him, and that's not changing any time soon. He hated Muggle-borns and that was certainly influenced by his parents, but he wouldn't have continued it if he didn't agree.

It was Dracos wife Astoria whose influence on Draco and Scorpius mellowed their attitudes towards MuggleBorns. It wasn't because of Hermione
