So here’s my question. Do you get a horcrux every time you kill someone? So therefore do people like Bellatrix (cause of Sirius) have horcruxes? How do you determine what the Horcrux is?

If you were to kill them without consent and not wanting to, you could not make a horcrux.
Sorry to be gross, but there's a theory about horcruxes.... people think cannabalism (sry about my spelling, probably wrong) is a step of making a horcrux.
No first you kill then split . But Bellatrix did not want a horcrux but she did kill
I have another question for you guys about Horcrux... It's told that making them splits the soul, right ? So the first soul is lessened and Voldemort' soul was split into 8 parts .... where did all this little Voldemort's pieces of soul go when they were destroyed ( including Voldemort last' piece ) ? I mean they just disappeared OR they acted like a whole and untouched soul. .. We can see dead people talking, ghosts and everything so what's the destiny of a ripped soul ...

The last book (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Harry_Potter_and_the_Deathly_Hallows ) shows that they seem to go to the limbo (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Limbo ), but can not pass on into the afterlife (Like the soul fragment in Harry that he found when he was in the limbo). They are probably stuck forever in limbo without chance to pass on or return as ghosts (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Ghost ). @Minty2018

Yeah. . ..but.. Harry had been the Horcrux Voldemort didn't mean to create. .. he yust wanted to kill him. And he (Voldemort ) didn't say any dark spell you have to say to create it, he disappeared.
So how did Harry become the Horcrux ?
It is said that the Killing Curse (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Killing_Curse ) Voldemort (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Voldemort ) tried to use on Harry (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Harry_Potter ) backfired because of the sacrificial protection (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Sacrificial_protection ). His unstable soul (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Soul ) was split apart and the new shard (that wasn't the main part of his soul) went to the only living being around: Harry. So it was unintentional and only worked because Voldemort's soul was already highly unstable because of the horcruxes (harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Horcrux ) he created.
