That's because the Death Eaters placed Anti-Disapparation Jinx( harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Anti-Disapparition_Jinx ) in that area, so that the trio can't escape.

If the snatchers had captured them and the trio tried to escape, they could apparate with them so it’d be no us.
The could've traced them, but it would have been a real gamble. They could have waited for them to say the tabooed word, Voldemort.
But it's not like they wouldn't learn their lesson from saying it once...
They could have trace them. Plus they needed to get to hogwarts, they only way was through hogsmeade.
