I think so because she not only was able to talk to Harry in The Half Blood Prince,But also hangs out with Harry most of the tine,but that's just my opinion.

You don’t love someone just because they have the same interests you do. Sure, that’s a factor, but it’s not the whole thing. Harry and Hermione are too much like brother and sister to have worked as a couple. Hermione and Ron are the perfect combo of mutual likes and dislikes as well as things one or the other likes or dislikes.
