In last Chapter (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2) Dumbledore says in Snap's Memory "A part of Voldemort lives inside him. Child must die. And Voldemort himself must do it. That is essential."
Then How Voldemort die because Harry was the last Horcrux and how Harry Survives ???
