Rowling said that you cant summon living things but harry summons a toad during a charms class and ted tonks summons a fish in the lake in seventh book. Are these mistakes? Toads cn be conjured but fish?

1) jkrowling.com/welcome-to-my-new-website
this is where she said you cant use accio on living things.
2) {{‘I’m almost certain of it,’ said Hermione grimly. ‘Watch your frog, it’s escaping.’
Harry pointed his wand at the bullfrog that had been hopping hopefully towards the other side of the table – ‘Accio!’ – and it zoomed gloomily back into his hand. }}
This is from Order of pheonix - Chapter 18 'Dumbledore's Army'
{{ Within seconds Harry heard a weary, male voice.
‘There ought to be a few salmon in here, or d’you reckon it’s too early in the season? Accio salmon!’
There were several distinct splashes and then the slapping sounds of fish against flesh.}}
And this is from Deathly hallows chapter 15 'The Goblin's Revenge'
3) I was talkin about that maybe the frogs that they are using in charms class are conjured frogs and they arent count as living. But salman fish is seems like a conflict, right?
Rowling might forgot these living thing summonings (Which is understandble) when she is answering that question after fantastic beast movie. And dont let me start on that speed of light thing. Speed of light? That is like aparition.
Apparition is more like teleporting and less like travelling with the speed of light. I do agree with the "speed of light" problem, though. Firstly should then the summoning spell be a pretty difficult spell considering the law of energy conservation because you'd need to use enough magic to accelerate something to nearly lightning speed. And since it appears that the more powerful (so the more magic it needs) a spell is the harder it is [Like the harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Firestorm spell for example ). It also wasn't the first time J. K. Rowling made a mistake (especially when she was referring to numbers). She had to correct herself, for example, when se said at first that Hogwarts had about a thousand students to about three hundred.
I add the frog summoning as a mistake to the harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Mistakes_in_the_Harry_Potter_books page but someone undo it and i think like maybe there is an explenation that i didnt know but it seems like there is not. Should i add these again?
You are absolutely correct, I have redone your edit ^^
This has been an inconsistency for a while. Even in Book of Spells - the Wonderbook game J K Rowling contributed to - it says the Summoning Spell is for inanimate objects, but then in the same chapter it tells of a character summoning cattle.
I'm adding the salmon thing to deathly hallows too because its obvious. I hope whoever undoing my edits share her/his opinion if im wrong.
There are certain exceptions to the 'no living' rule.
A harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Flobberworm is known in Canon as being summonable, as well as other Examples mention under the Summoning spell:
"Given that the Summoning Charm will not work on most living objects, the Summoning of the donkey in "The Wizard and the Hopping Pot" may have been one of the uses of poetic licence on the part of Beedle the Bard.
Despite not being able to summon most living objects, harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Gideon_Flatworthy managed to summon livestock along with a farm and well-stocked larder, all of which crushed him to death."
So it appears that particularly non remarkable creatures may be subject to the spell.
I suspect that given we have several canon examples (which you've raised as mistakes), there is reasonable argument that toads, frogs and fish (...and cows.... ) can actually be summoned.
@The Dark Marc I knew the flobberworm is an exception and i think livestock summoned because they are in the farm. Frogs and fishes may be exceptional too but since it is not said they are exceptional, it may be mistake too. We write possible explenations to the mistakes in the mistakes page, we should write this possible explenation too. But honestly cow summoning is very ffar-fetched, they are very complex. If you can summon cow you can summon humans too.
