I don’t think so. It was highly inaccurate and disappointing and not really canon. The only purpose a movie would serve is to confuse people.

Omg NO! It was absolutely terrible. Its bad enough it's a play. We don't need the disappointment of it being a movie aswell.

I did not like the Cursed Child. To me, it just felt like a very bad fan fiction. In addition to that, J.K. did not even write it! It was really terrible in my opinion.
