I think I would choose the Imperius curse because people have been able to overcome it before🤷🏻‍♀️

Imperio because you don't give people immense pain and you don't kill people. All you do 8s control them.

I’d probably go with the Imperius Curse because it would probably be the most helpful spell I could use in most circumstances. It doesn’t directly kill people, and you wouldn’t be causing physical trauma by using it. The most that would probably happen is that they’d break the spell, and even then I could use Obliviate or the Killing Curse to get them out of the way.
