I was just thinking about this the other day, yes I think he could have been good in some cases but I also think Harry could’ve gone bad because of his time with the Dursley’s and not being able to pretty much and almost anything that he would have been bound to do something rebellious and find it enjoyable and even addictive and it would be hard for Draco not to have a dark side with being raised by his parents and all more so his dad than his mum.
