If I recall, Hermione’s middle name was originally Jane, but after Umbridge took the name Rowling changed it to Jean. Hermione’s full name isn’t heard in any of the first four books, so it doesn’t matter.
Possible but you cant actually count it as a plausible theory if there isn’t any good evidence
