The death of Sirius Black. In the books, he dies in a duel where you expect something to happen, even if it is subconsciously. However, in the movie, his death is sudden and unexpected because it just "happens" with no build-up or expectations.

The Battle of Hogwarts. Reading it, your imagination would run wild but seeing it visually was sooooo much better

The scene where Ron comes back in the Deathly Hallows. Emma Watson did a great performance with that. I also liked the animation of the Tale of the Three Brothers, visually it brought the story to life

The last 40 or so minutes of Deathly hallows part 2. The final battle and Snape's confession were wonderfully done.
