How did Quirrell defeat Snape's potion task?

The potion that let harry pass forward was a small container only able to hold a small swallow, obviously Quirrell didn't drink it or maybe it fills itself or something, so how did Quirrell get past that logic puzzle of potion without apparating?

There was only a small swallow in the bottle so if Quirrell already used it then it should be empty or maybe the bottle fill itself again, I think I made it clear in the question
