What would your character be like?

The 'series' your character would be the protagonist of can be set either in the past, present or future, whether that's a part of a major event in the Harry Potter / Wizarding World universe or a separate event / location.

I'll put in an example to start us off.

Series Timeline: - Future, after the events of The Cursed Child.

Character: "Alex", a 10 year old half-breed wizard who is wheelchair bound following a magical incident in the past.

Family: Mother (Witch - educated at Hogwarts), Dad (Muggle engineer), Older brother (we'll call him "Chris") and younger sister (we'll call her Suzie).

Location: North Yorkshire, England, UK.

This idea uses my "technological magic" idea (sorry that I keep bringing it up), with Alex slowly but surely becoming the 'pioneer' of this branch of magic which can provide an alternative means of magic, with this new form doing certain things better than before, while other things not so much.

While Alex becomes the pioneer of this with the aid by his siblings and parents after his magic manifests through technology, he's not perfect himself at this new type of magic - having more than a few blunders (some of them pretty painful - similar to this) but working through them regardless.

The story would be focused on him trying to continue working on/improving this new form of magic while been opposed by some at the MOM - who want to uphold the separation between the two worlds (seeing a form of magic that relies on muggle technology as unnecessary along with a few other choice words, despite the potential it has through its applications) - and sought after by left favorable individuals who seek this new power for their own ends.
