Draco would never marry a muggle. Even if he personally had a massive personality transplant and suddenly was ok with Muggles, his parents would make sure it never happened.
As to only watching the movies- you can still love Harry Potter, but there will be a lot of gaps in your Harry Potter Lore- so many 'PotterHeads' won't take you seriously and you may not completely understand some of the HP theories or discussions.
