To me, Bellatrix did love Voldemort in her own twisted way. It was perhaps more obsession or a deep rooted loyalty that gave her the freedom of doing disturbing acts in his name, and even recieving praise for it.

She basically worshiped Voldemort.

But to say vice versa would not be right.
