We muggles/no-majs have the fantasy genre, which is often derived from old tales, superstitions, full of mystery magic, monsters, etc. We also the science fiction which to tends to be a bit more grounded in reality, as it involves exaggerated or theorized versions of modern technology set in the future.
But I'm wondering if in wizarding book stores like Flourish and Blotts, the roles of real life fantasy and science fiction are reversed. Since Wizards know that magic and monsters are very real, do they perceive what we perceive as fantasy as "science fiction" and what we see as science fiction as "fantasy"?
