Just think about him when he grows up.... How'll he live. Because of his parents, he has no moral skills whatsoever, I'm really concerned about his future.
Kind of? I think that he was kind of a bad person throughout the majority of the series, but at the same time his parents encouraged him to act the way he did through spoiling him and not enforcing any ground rules. I think he's a bit more interesting then Draco because he experiences a visible arc of sorts after Harry rescues him from the dementors.
