If this were true, it could also mean that HP could still be a mere fantasy, because since Rita Skeeter writes fabricated rubbish, there is no reason on earth why we should believe anything she writes. :P

Well I mean we obviously wouldn’t know if there were wizards in the world as they would keep their identity a secret and seem like normal people. And we wouldn’t know if there was Hogwarts because to muggles it would seem like just a ruin
