I have a wizarding world passport, but my password always works for me. Sorry, i don’t know what happened to yours. I would just make a new passport and ignore that one.

You should probably check your internet connection or something.

1•check if you are typing your password has capital or small letters

2• check for internet connection

3•if nothing works click on forgot password and enter the email you registered there. it hardly takes 5 minutes.
