Yeah there relation was just like siblings. Harry could tell everything to Hermione without hesitation. But usually a boy hesitates to talk to his crush or love open mindedly. So I think Ron and Hermione are a good couple.

There was no romantic tension between them, and they were too much like siblings anyways.
