Dumbledore and Grindlewald are the only confirmed.
However, I think that Remus Lupin may have been bisexual and in a relationship at one point with Sirus Black. There are many other characters that could be LGBT, but none have been confirmed. It's a shame that there isn't ANY LGBT representation in the series.
Sirius is gay, Remus is bisexual. And I ship them like crazy
