Hannah Abbott. She ends up with Neville and has a really interesting biography if you look into her, from being a half-blood and her mother being murdered by death eaters during the books (I think), then helping with DA and later running the Leakly Cauldron and then talking over Madame Pomphreys position at Hogwarts. I think most forget her, I know I did. I only read up on her trying to find a good match for Ron that wasn't Hermione.
