Hair. Because if you want to be sneaky, you have to take hair. Even if you have to stage a fight and rip out some of their hair, it's less obvious than cutting someones fingernails (I won't eve mention toenails). Besides do you need an entire hair (with the root) or could you just cut a hair off?
