Goblins: no, just have a bad reputation and don't get along with humans too well because conflicting interests
Umbridge: The worst character in HP by being a cartoony idiot villian that simply reeks of pure evil
Mundungus: Just a little thief with questionable morals
Voldy: Somewhat interesting villian (kind of a looser, can't even kill a baby)
Peter Pettigrew: Someone who did the wrong thing out of fear. He was directly threatened by Voldy, he didn't betray Lily and James out of spite or anything (in my opinion, if you heroize Snape you can't villify Peter, simple rule)
Dementors: the literal embodiement of Depression. Some won't be as affected by this but personally I know what it's like to have depression and I'd take any if not all of the above at once anytime rather than Dementors / Depression.
