Remus' eyes shot open and he felt strange, like he was not himself, someone else, almost as if he were something else. He tried to get up but was too weak. "Hang in there Moony,"a familiar voice said, Remus did recognise it as it bought comfort to him. "I bought extra chocolate."the voice said. "Sirius?"Remus said. "Yes?"the boy got up from a conner and apporched Remus. "What do you need?"he had regained a bit of his strength, "Just for you to be here, and and Peter and James."a boy let out a soft chuckle. "James is outside patrolling and Peter fell asleep." "Who didn't expect that?"he smiled and shakily got up. "Don't stress yourself out there."Sirius said supporting him. "Is he up yet?"James asked in a tired voice. "Yes, but now it seems like you need to sleep."Remus replied. "And he's up."James came in. "Better?" Remus nodded. "I still don't understand why you do this."he sighed. James and Sirius exchanged glances. "Hey, how many times do we tell you it doesn't bother us."Sirius started. "And you are not a monster."James continued. "And we love you."Sirius finished with a smile. "Really?" "Obviously."the boys said in sync as Pettigrew's snoring got louder. "I love you all too and you are the best friends I could ask for." "I know we are?"James said as Sirius lightly elbowed him. "You are too." James nodded in agreement. "Now let's get back." He nodded and leaned on Sirius. James took a feather and tickled Pettigrew's nose to wake him. "I'M UP!"he jumped up as all the boys laughed. James put the invisibility cloak on them and all of them walked back.

Sirius sheepishly looked at the floor and shuffled uncomfortably, “No, I-“

“Ugh, we’ve seen you okay Padfoot? Just do it already!” Peter cried.

“The bloke’s got weak in the knees,” James said, nudging Peter in the stomach, “You haven’t got the courage, have you, Sirius?”

Sirius got hold of himself. He ran his hand through his hair and wiped his sweat from his lips, “I. Do. Have. Courage. Okay?”

“Prove it,” James said mischievously.

Sirius looked at him as if he had a lot of swear words in mind but decided to just keep shut.

“Fine!”

He stormed off to the common room with a look of fury on his face. But that soon disappeared when-

“Hey, Padfoot,” Remus smiled, looking away from the book he was reading,

Sirius forced himself to smile, “Mm mm hi,” he said awkwardly, ”umm actually, I have- a question…”

“Sure, what’s up?” Remus said. He’d never seen Sirius so… serious.

“WillyougototheballwithmeMoony” Sirius spoke within a millisecond.

“I- sorry?” Remus chuckled.

“I said… wiLL y0u pLaY fOoTbAll wiTh mE mOoNy?”

Remus could see James and Peter facepalm from behind.
