Greetings Potterheads!

The MoM is happy to announce that we are starting to ease the lockdown. These protections were put in place a few days ago by the MoM (Admins+Mods) in to limit the damage and disruption caused by the persistent troll attacks on the Discussion Board.

As the attacks seemed to have stopped for now, new posts can be made again and we will be unlocking older posts as well. Please feel free to share all your normal magical contributions - we look forward seeing them again!

If there is a return to hostilities, some of these protections will need to be put back in place. However with some of the experience gained, we have figured out some tricks for keeping things running as some of you found out over the last day or two.

Our many thanks to everyone who helped keep things secure and kept others informed of the situation! Working together we can accomplish great things even in the face of adversity.
