Just a thought, but I simply can’t understand why Voldemort didn’t try and use a time turner from the Department of Mysteries during his attempts to regain power. If he would resort to drinking blood that literally curses him, the risks he employs when dealing with time turners could be justified, surely. Going back in time to hear the prophecy concerning him would be another one, rather than waiting. I understand that they were hidden, but still I’m sure he would have had informants within the MOM,

He probably didn’t know they truly existed and they are rare and hard to come by.

Just like he never sort out the Deathly hallows Which would’ve haven him more power, I don’t actually think he has as much knowledge of the magical world as we think

I thought Time Turners could take you only 5-10 hours backward.

I know in Cursed Child they jumped years but...Cursed Child messed up every other thing too. In HP, they were never used to jump even a day or two.

Well, Voldermort wasn't really too bright. Well, in HP they only skipped a few hours. Now at this point, what is cannon and what is not is almost impossible to tell apart as J.K. is posting so much about the books in the present day.
