Also, in regards to the links, they are usually circulated by Sam or an older user on the disscussions board. We just want to give everyone a warm welcome and let them be aware of the wikis polices etc. so they don't have a hard time and the already hardworking mods have an easier time. For futher questions the mods are always ready to help you out but most of them usually get answerd once you read through the guidelines
