None can block the Killing Curse, but yeah it can be dodged.

No. There's no counter-curse that can stop it. Not even Shield Charms won't work. The only way to stop it is by use of solid objects or by Apparating.

No, the only protection spell which is able to stop the Killing Curse is the Sacrificial Protection. But, as already mentioned, it can be blocked by breaking it's path with a solid object (which is possible by summoning, conjuring or transfiguring something) or to dodge it.
