She uses a confundus charm on mclaggen and then she gets angry at Harry for using a felix felicis on Ron. I actually don't remember Hermione did that but i read on the internet that she did. Well Hermione really thought Harry did that. But i do remember Harry pretended to do that

She did the confundus because she was(and still is) in love with Ron, and she got angry at Harry because it was illegal to use the felix at a competition!

If it was love then Harry did it because of friendship a stronger bond I would say and he pretended but she really did it
