Lockhart. Yes he was an idiot, but that dude had some mad skills. First of all: his writing. There had to be a reason why his books were this successfull. Second: His memory spells. Even with Rons broken wand they're powerful enough to erase his memories for years and nobody of the people who actually did those heroic things ever recovered. That's some mad skill.
