-Voldemort killed Harry's parents and attempted to kill a defenseless infant only to protect himself ( this is apart from the countless murders and tortures )

-The carrows had older students practice the Cruciatus curse on FIRST YEARSS!!

-Bellatrix tortured Neville's parents into Insanity and inflicted great pain on Hermione through torture

-Fenrir purposely positioned himself near young children before he transformed to bite/kill them. He is also known to have bitten people in HUMAN form

And countless more. Umbridge was evil,yes, but these people are on their own level and on a whole different standard of evil

Didn't Umbridge also attempt to torture Harry and sent dementors after him?
