We are talking about how he was in the 7 books. If I was in that situation I would go help the good guys instead of begging for mercy to the bad guys. I have read Hbp like 20 times. I know that book inside out. I also know that when Harry went into that bathroom, instead of ignoring Harry he attempted to use an unforgivable curse
