While a lot of people don't like Dron (Draco x Ron), Drarry (Draco x Harry), and Rosius (Rose x Scorpius), and many other ships due to the way they are all related, we know that people in the wizarding world marry their blood a lot especially pure-bloods. Most due this either to keep the Pure-Blood status going, and just because they don't see a problem/difference in it. While I'm not saying I ship these ships, in the world of J.K Rowling family marriage doesn't really matter. Again, not saying I agree with this I just like ranting about stuff I know lol XD

Some people think that the Peverell who got the wand is Voldemort's ancestor, the guy that got the invisibility cloak is harry's ancestor, and the dude who got the stone is snape's ancestor(check on google for more details). In that way, Voldemort and harry are actually related. And JKR didn't even deny the theory.
