It is possible, as Harry would continuously remind Snape of Lily so in that way, emotionally it would effect Severus in a way where he wouldn't be able to be bad to Harry because he would kind of see Lily in him, but Harry is in many ways like James by many qualities so this could annoy Severus Snape more in a way that he would say things like: You may look like your mother but your nothing like her, your just like your spoilt, bratty father.

Or Harry looking more like Lily might to an extent anger Snape as Lily sort of died protecting Harry so this may make Severus Snape hate Harry even more as he might think that Harry was sort of the cause of Lily's death.

Maybe idk. But this is why I don't like Snape. Coz he probably would have which is so cruel. You cannot love/hate someone based on parentage and their resemblance. You don't have to like Harry but you cannot hate an 11 year old literally for something that has nothing to do with them.
