Chapter 1

Thank you for all the support! This was so fun! The toadstool tales part was inspired by @CHT64 for his daily riddle! I wanna give credit to @Eaglewarrior33 because he inspired the riddle! Well I present: Black is the New Green!

It all started in the morning.

1 tawny owl arrived in the kitchen window of 12 Grimmauld Place. Our young house elf, Kreacher, was excited to grab the fancy letter with a red stamp.

Mother went to see what was all the fuss. “Master,” Kreacher said,” the letter is here!” At the time I was peeking out from the hallway.

“What letter?” I thought. Mother grabbed it and called to me. I emerged from my hiding place. “Bellatrix, I believe the Hogwarts letter has come for you,” Mother said. I grabbed the letter addressing me: To Miss Bellatrix Black, 12 Grimmauld Place. I hastily opened it and I found a Hogwarts acceptance letter. Below it was also a list of schoolbooks I needed. “Hogwarts?” I asked.

I went up to my room, thinking how it would be like to attend Hogwarts. I heard a knock on my door. “Who is it,” I called. The door opened, and I saw a shy Andromeda. She tripped on my shoe, she was always the clumsiest.

“What's that Hoggywart place?”

I replied, “Well, it's a magic school, you’ll go when you are 11.” Andromeda walked out, soon I heard crying from downstairs.

I got to the kitchen, thinking someone was hurt. All I saw was Kreacher ironing his hand. “What 's wrong?” I asked.

“Kreacher has lied to Master, Kreacher must punish himself.” I wanted to ask who, but it felt too soon. I walked to my room and started reading The Toadstool Tales, a book I very much enjoyed because when I read it to Andromeda, she would always barf. Andromeda got the blame.
