I noticed that certain details in character articles have been added that are taken from the HP movies and added into the articles. Should these details be removed or put in a non-canon section? As some of these details contradict the book versions of said events or characters bios which are the canoncial versions, such as powers and abilities.
Like Voldy has his article section on magical powers include things he did in the movie version of his duel with Albus. While the books don't say he can't do some of these, they don't say he can either. I'm not sure how canon we can consider those feats.
Like it has this in Voldy's article on the Dark Arts part of his magical abilities - Voldemort was also capable of casting an extremely powerful spell that fired a bolt of blinding and explosive energy that could penetrate the extremely powerful defences that shielded Hogwarts, which was strong enough to hold against the relentless attacks of his Death Eaters.
Voldy did break the defenses of Hogwarts but its never described how in the book to my knowledge, only that he did.
Voldemort also unleashed a torrent of dark energy at Dumbledore that he was able to release into a cataclysmic powerful blast that shattered every glass on the Atrium and even overwhelmed the defensive spell that Dumbledore used to hold it at bay, although it proved able to negate much of the force of the attack, leaving Dumbledore and Harry unharmed and only briefly knocked down.
This did not happen in the book version of their duel.
He was also very experienced and skilled in performing the very complex Fiendfyre, as he was able to fully control the cursed fire it creates and can even condense the flaming jet into a single colossal snake, using it against Dumbledore in their duel.
This did not happen in the books version of the duel either.
In fact, he did not demonstrate the ability to use Fiendfyre in any of the books.
I'm sure he could do Fiendfyre but he never showed it.
