Well here it is, a VERY long chapter 2 of Black is the New Green!
(no kidding I had to break it between a few chapters)

The next morning I awoke to go to Diagon Alley. I had been there before, to help mom get some gold. But I had never been there to buy stuff for myself.
I rolled off the bed, wanting to apparate there but realized that there were 3 of us that were underage, and only 1 person over age if Father wasn’t to come. We could not arrive that way.

We gathered after breakfast in the chimney, Mother holding a green powder to get us places- floo powder. Father went with Cissy first, then Andromeda, and finally, it was my turn with Mother.
I grabbed some of the powder and dropped it at the same time I nervously said “Diagon Alley!”
I was spinning, flashes of Wizarding homes all around me, vanishing before I could look with detail at them. Was that the Ministry of Magic? I was slowing down, already with a headache, and then, I stepped out clumsily out of the fireplace at the Leaky Cauldron.
It smelled like Butterbeer and ink. The pub came into focus. It was dark, no muggles could have clearly noticed it. There was a bartender, serving what I think was fire-whisky.
I turned around and saw the old chimney Mother came out of. She walked forward and I followed her. “Your father and sisters must be there already.” She led me out of the pub, and in front of a brick wall.
“Did I say it right?”, I asked nervously. Mother tapped her wand twice and the brick walls opened, revealing a smiling Cissy, and a nervous Andromeda.
Next thing I knew, Cissy had pulled me into a tight hug. “Bella, you’re here!” Andromeda, she was the shy one, unwillingly was pulled into the hug. Mother hugged Father, and off we went.
“I think we should stop at Flourish and Blotts, let Bellatrix get her books,” said Mother. Father pulled me into this fancy store, with a lot of books.
There were every type, I saw sections devoted to transfiguration, spells, DADA (even though I didn’t know its meaning), Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures, Divination, Ancient Runes, Potions, Muggle Studies, and History of Magic.
And those were the ones I saw. There was an entirely second floor, for what I don’t know.
Mother walked toward some cooking books, and my sisters and Father went towards the broomsticks section. I glanced at my list to see what I needed:
First-year students will require:
Uniform
-Three Sets of Plain work robes (Black).
-One Plain Pointed Hat (Black) for day wear.
-One Pair of Protective Gloves (dragon hide or similar).
-One Winter Cloak (Black, silver fastenings).
-Please note that all student's clothes should carry name tags at all times.
