At that time??? I don't think it matters at that time, cause Malfoy literally created their life in Hogwarts a pain in the-- so I think he got all that back, well he was healed so quickly, so no lasting harm done

I feel like yeah, Malfoy always deserves to be hexed but not outright STABBED. I mean he could have died! (or worse, expelled! sorry couldn’t help myself) As a side note, Harry shouldn’t be trying out random hexes he finds randomly without knowing their effects. It was insanely stupid. Same thing with Levicorpus- Ron could’ve gotten seriously hurt. Ron’s your friend, Harry, not your guinea pig.

I would never accept using physical force on a child/teenager, no matter the crime, physical and emotional abuse is not the way. Nobody "deserves" to be hurt. There are other, better means to enforce rules or punishment

I don't think he deserved it (it's possible he could've died if Snape hadn't been there), but I also don't think he should've ever even thought of using Crucio on Harry

Draco didn't do a good thing, but I think it was very reckless of Harry to use a spell he wasn't familiar with, and just knew it was "for enemies". It really could have killed Draco!
