I chose Sauron. Reason:

1. Voldemort failed to take over a school.

2. Sauron is immortal, and can create artifacts of far more power than Voldemort (and is nigh unstoppable without the One Ring)

3. Ultron requires the internet to be truly super-powerful. Magic can easily nullify his powers, being a Muggle-Machine

4. WICKED is only powerful due to the lack of other powers.

5. Tom Bombadil isn't a villain.
