Bubble is right, it isn't canon, because also in the books, she haven't wrote mudblood on her hand, it was never mentioned that it was cursed and never said it in the movies, I also read the article on Bellatrix's knife in this wiki, it said nothing about it being cursed

I know it is not in the books but the one in the film has made it almost impossible for Hermiones wound to be healed because of the type of knife.
