Bruh I still hate her... Greyback might be bad but he wasn't a powerful figure considering he is a werewolf and they are outcasts...on the other hand that bi--- killed many and destroyed many lives directly or indirectly...I still wish that there was a more tormented end for her...maybe killed by the Dementors or Crucio until insanity...

I hate her for killing tonks and dooby and sirius but as a villain i would definitely prefer!

^ yeah Ig....I like those villans who are bad, but still they strike some impact on you, even tho they are evil, you won't be able to call them outright wrong...sadly there ain't a single Character like this in HP...

Greyback was worse for many reasons. He ate children for fun, using his lycanthropy to purposefully hurt other people. Maybe Umbridge was cruel, but Greyback was worse.

I understand that we all have different opinions and I respect them, but my personal fav is Bellatrix. I know it sounds weird but I always like the villains and I think it was kinda cool how she killed her own cousin and went around yelling 'I KILLED SIRIUS BLACK" ofc this is what I think others might hate her.

Umbridge was bad, but I think Voldemort, Bellatrix and Greyback were worse.
