You are born with a ring. It is made of silver and has a large gem on it. You can only take it off for an hour before it magically pops back onto your finger. It fits you perfectly. You are paired with one Hogwarts student who is your soulmate, even if you don't seem to click. The rings change colors based on what your soulmate's relationship is with you (what they think you two are).

Red= Your soulmate dislikes you
White= You are just acquaintances with your soulmate
Green= Your soulmate thinks of you as a friend
Blue= Your soulmate thinks of you as their best friend
Pink= Your soulmate loves you
Grey= You have not met your soulmate
Purple= Your soulmate is dead

1. Hate the OC, not the roleplayer.
2. Soulmates are only valid if both parties agree and I ( @InsertWittyNameRightHere ) is pinged.
3. No power-playing or meta-gaming.
4. Respect other roleplayers when you are OORP, you can be however rude you want to any OC in roleplay, though.
5. No canon characters, relationships, or events at all.
6. No characters from other fandoms, please.
7. You do not have to wait to be accepted, every OC is accepted unless I say it is against the rules.
8. No OC limit, but be reasonable. 10+ is too many, but this rule isn't enforced.
9. Please do not spam.
10. There aren't any more rules, I just wanted to make it 10 rules instead of 9 because 10 is a pogger number.
