Also, if a half-blood marries a Muggle-born what blood status would their child have? Sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere else, I'm just curious.

I think half-blood is a broad term for anyone not exactly pure-blood and not exactly Muggle-Born.

I’ve read somewhere that they need at least two generations of only wizards/witches above the kid before they’re considered pureblood
They would be half-bloods awell unless the child was born a Squib

The blood status of a witch/wizard is determined by their grandparents; if all four grandparents are magical then they would be pureblood.
However, if one or more of the grandparents aren't magical, then the child of two half-bloods would be half-blood.
