Also, if a half-blood marries a Muggle-born what blood status would their child have? Sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere else, I'm just curious.
Oh okay!
I’ve read somewhere that they need at least two generations of only wizards/witches above the kid before they’re considered pureblood
They would be half-bloods awell unless the child was born a Squib
It's called a human <3
It depends
The blood status of a witch/wizard is determined by their grandparents; if all four grandparents are magical then they would be pureblood.
However, if one or more of the grandparents aren't magical, then the child of two half-bloods would be half-blood.
Hope that made sense
I would say still half-blood
@Katy112 big round of Applause for the best answer.
B)
They are both half-bloods. It is only when a pure-blood marries a pure-blood is when the child is called a pure-blood.
They'd both be a halfblood. Halfbloods are any non pureblood or muggleborn wizard.
What do you think?
