It's not dead, we're still getting many posts every day. Users may have gotten less active because of summer and the school year approaching, but I don't think there were ever 100 likes on something besides the rare posts made by Fandom staff
Rather than saying it's dead though, you could help it become more active. Since this is off-topic, I'm locking this- if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the Ministry of Moderation.
