I think I heard something about Brazil being in the movie a few months ago, I'm pretty sure it will still be there, and hope it, so that we would get a nice look for what different Magical cultures from around the world look like.

I don't think so, but there are some rumors that a Brazilian actress might be in the movie. I remember things about the leaked script and there is a character that based on the surname could be Brazillian. So, even if they don't go to Brazil there might be a Brazilian character.
