Sure, they would be where they wanted to be but they wouldn't be the exact same place.

I think they would just like-

They would appear next to each other, nothing would happen.

In OotP, Fred and George Apparated on top of Ron, so it might be possible that they Apparate on top of each other and then fall in a tangled mess- I really doubt that their bodies would combine, though
